Our History
Cordia UK has grown to become a prominent Midlands developer specialising in quality BTR schemes and city homes
We entered the UK market through the acquisition of Blackswan Property, a rental-related consultancy service turned property developer in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
Today Cordia is also a market leader in working in conservation areas and sensitively restoring heritage buildings. Well-designed places that add value to investors, residents and their communities have always been central to the Blackswan ethos.
