Gilders Yard comprises the grade II* listed former Ashford & Sons jewellery factory, plus a further three distinct blocks, each with their own innovative and contextual architectural style. It’s centre piece is a brand-new terracotta façade, bringing a traditional skill back to the city after an absence of 100 years. 

Cordia Blackswan took this property development project from site acquisition through planning and to external completion, whilst securing forward funding from Grainger.
