Previously occupied by a tyre manufacturer, this prime 4-acre site adjacent to the Jewellery Quarter’s train station and tram stop, represents a major £100m BTR mixed-use development.

Hockley Mills is set to house 395 new BTR Birmingham apartments, as well as 28,000 sq.ft of commercial space for leisure and offices across four acres and eight buildings. The site was designed with the local heritage and architecture of the surrounding area in mind.

Cordia Blackswan handled the Hockley Mills site from its inception, and successfully guided the property development project through the planning and funding process. After securing a £100m investment from L&G the site was handed over in early 2021.
